At Zamage, we strive to offer the best possible customer experience and merchandise quality. It is our hope that the products you purchase from us, and the service you receive, will be perfect in every way. In fact, we hope your degree of satisfaction will be such that you will be motivated to recommend Zamage to your friends and family.

However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise to us within 30 days of its receipt and we will provide a credit, refund, or the reshipment of a modified or new order.

To return merchandise, please follow the simple three-step procedure outlined here.

1. Contact Customer Service

Once you have examined your merchandise and identified the reason you would like to return it, please contact our Customer Service Department by e-mail at custserv@zamage.com or by phone at 604.298.0085. Be prepared to provide the following information:

  • order transaction number
  • your name and contact information
  • reason for the return
  • preferred refund method (credit, refund, reshipment of replacement merchandise, or shipment of a modified or new order)
2. Return the Package

Once you receive this information, carefully repackage the merchandise in its original packing material and shipping carton. Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your name and transaction number in the package.

Print a copy of the return shipping label and affix it to the outside of the sealed package in a manner that will cover the original addressee information. Return the shipment by mail or courier within 30 days to:

3. Get Confirmation

As soon as we receive and inspect your returned shipment, we will process the credit, refund or subsequent order as requested. When the transaction has been processed, you will receive e-mail notification. At anytime, you may use the return approval number to track your return shipment and inquire about the status of your credit, refund or reshipment.
