| Printing your image requires a source file that meets the following guidelines: |

| File Resolution |
|
| For optimal results, final output resolution must be at minimum of 150-200 dpi/ppi at scale. We cannot guarantee the quality of the printed image if lower resolution files are supplied. Zamage also offers high-resolution scans from original slides if you do not have a digital file of your image. |

| File Formats |
|
| For optimal results, files should not be compressed. Our preferred file formats include: TIF, .EPS, .PSD in either PC or MAC byte order. |
|
| Maximum File Size |
|
| The maximum file size for upload via FTP is 100MB. Files larger than this should be mailed to us on CD-ROM or ZIP-disk. Please be sure to include all your contact information so we can contact you regarding your specific project needs. |

| Color Management |
|
Files can be provided in either CMYK or RGB formats. Zamage will convert using its own color profile for the Giclée printing process.
