To ensure our standards are never compromised, each product is carefully examined before it leaves our facility. But just in case some little problem escapes our careful scrutiny, be assured that we will address your concern promptly by sending you a replacement.
Sometimes there isn't any 'real' problem but the item you ordered just isn't right for you. Don't worry! If at any time within 30 days of merchandise receipt, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the merchandise and we will gladly provide a replacement, a credit or a full refund (less delivery costs). |

When creating images using computers, monitors and browser software, occasional disparities in the interpretation processes may result in subtle differences between the appearance of a digital image and the final printed artwork. We endeavor to provide to you the best quality media (art papers, canvas, mats, glass and frames) that are available. In addition, we will do all that we can, within our technical capabilities, to produce an artwork that is truly representative of your creative vision or that is faithful to the work of art that you have ordered from one of our many high quality art content providers.
NOTE: Zamage Digital Imaging, Corp. does not accept returns of items that have been damaged a result of misuse or neglect by the owner. Furthermore, merchandise that is damaged by exposure to harsh environmental conditions, while being displayed, transported or stored by the owner, will not be refunded. |
