| Quality Materials and Processes |
|
We use conservation quality materials in all of our fine art framing: 100% cotton-rag mat board, acid-free backings, and lightweight glass. This combination results in the best long-term protection and conservation of fine art.
Our framing system involves several carefully administered stages. Each frame is assembled by hand and finished with protective backing paper, when appropriate. Paper artworks are custom fitted with coordinating mats to ensure impeccable presentation. Wall stop-pads are attached to allow for better air circulation between the frame and your wall. We also affix hanging wire to the back of all of our frames and include picture hooks so that when your artwork arrives, it is ready to hang. Finally, each framed artwork is carefully inspected before it is packaged and shipped. |

| Conservation framing involves the use of specialized materials and techniques to preserve and protect the artwork. We use only archival materials and techniques to enhance the display of your artwork and protect it over time. Conservation framing materials such as 100% cotton-rag board, paper hinges, and glazing help to prevent discoloration, fading, and damage. Expert framers who specialize in conservation framing will mount, mat, and fit your piece by hand. |

| Ready to Hang |
|
| All framed artworks are fully prepared for hanging prior to leaving our framing studio. Each piece is fitted with hanging wire and a small envelope containing picture hooks is enclosed in the protective packaging. |
