| The Upload Process |
|
The upload process collects an image saved on your computer and sends it to Zamage for printing and framing.
Uploading your image file is quick and easy. Once you have finished providing the required order information, you will be directed to the file submission page and presented with the upload tool. Click the 'Add' button and 'Browse' functions on this screen to select a file for uploading from your computer's hard drive. If you make an error and need to remove an unwanted file from the upload window, select it and click the 'Remove' button. Once the correct file is selected, click the 'Upload' button to begin the file transfer process.

You are limited to uploading 1(one) file per purchase, and files may not exceed 100 MB in size.
The upload tool lets you upload images saved in the following file formats:
EPS (*.EPS)
TIFF (*.TIF)
JPEG (*.JPG)
The Zamage upload tool will run on all operating systems, with the following browsers:
Netscape Navigator® 4.5 or higher
Microsoft® Internet Explorer 4.01 or higher

| Instructions for Submitting a CD-ROM by Mail: |

Although we encourage our customers to place their order using our secure online ordering system, you can place an order by mailing a CD-ROM containing your image. The digital file must be saved in an appropriate file format, and may not exceed 100 MB in size. Once your digital file is copied to a CD-ROM, please mail it (postage paid) to:

Please remember to include the options you would like to purchase (art surface/ size/ frame/ mat option), your name and full mailing address, telephone number (including area code), e-mail address, and complete credit card information (number and expiry date). Without this information your order will not be processed.
Prices include all applicable taxes, and only VISA is accepted at this time.
