| Creating a Market Segment |

| In 1998, the founding members of Zamage recognized the growing demand for digital fine art Giclée reproductions and digitally altered imagery. They determined that these technologies and production processes were gaining wider acceptance in the fine and commercial art markets. With these realizations, they set out to create a new market segment by fusing the explosive growth of the digital photography market with the established wall décor market. |

| The First Step |

| The initial step was to develop a web application that would empower individuals to realize this vision online. The application was designed so that a novice computer user could upload a photograph, alter it, apply effects, and produce a stunning work of art in just a few clicks. Customers could then order the image on either stretched canvas or art paper and select a suitable frame using our intuitive online framing tool. |

| Zamage is now promoting the competitive advantages of on-demand fine art printing to graphic designers, artists, interior decorators, corporations, restaurants and retail stores. Rather than focusing on a single method (the Internet) to deliver our services we are establishing strong offline methods such as point of purchase and point of sale in-store merchandizing. |
